Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Mr. Ludlow founded Faybull in July of 2019. By day he’s an Executive at a top-25 insurance company, by night he’s taking action to fund and grow his real estate portfolio. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from UNCW, an Executive MBA from the University of Florida, and attained the CPCU and AIC insurance designations.

General Manager
Mr. Ludlow currently runs a private managed repair network for a top-25 insurance company. In his current role, he is heavily focused on profitability, operations, growth and cost saving strategies.
2008 - 2016
VP of Claims
Mr. Ludlow held various titles at a Florida domiciled insurance company, with the highest being VP of Claims. In his role, he was responsible for overseeing the prompt resolution of homeowner's insurance claims. It was here that he helped cultivate, grow and support a managed repair business model.
2005 - 2007
Project Manager
Seeking to further advance his construction and developmental skills, Mr. Ludlow joined a large luxury real estate developer in South Florida. He was responsible for overseeing the success of multiple developments which included land acquisition, land development, construction and sales.
2003 - 2005
Vice President
His first job out of college was with a small real estate developer based in Gainesville, FL. He developed prof formas, which were used to secure financing for land acquisition and development.

Mr. Ludlow has a lifelong love affair with learning. In addition to his higher-learning achievements, Mr. Ludlow loves to listening to podcasts, read books and reputable articles.
Public Speaker
My insurance career has forced me to develop effective public speaking skills. In 2019, I gave a 10-minute presentation to a crowd of over 200 attendees.
Ironman Louisville Finisher
In the summer of 2014, Mr. Ludlow checked one more box off his bucket list and became an Ironman. He swam 2.4 miles, biked 112 miles and ran 26.2 miles in 15:23:57 hours!
Husband and Father
Mr. Ludlow is a devout husband, having married the love of his life Kelly in November 2011. In November of 2019, they welcomed their baby girl Ryan Marie Ludlow to the world.
